Here are some notes for those wanting to publish apps on the Android Market.

Android Market publisher login is here.

When adding a new app to the Market, you only get one chance to upload the APK file. The page seems to give you the option to re-upload, but it tends to fail with mysterious errors, so your only recourse is to delete the app entry (losing all the info you’ve entered so far) and try again.

I don’t know if this applies when uploading an update to a previously-published app; I’ve been careful never to find out.

Market customers see only user comments entered in the same language as the one their Market app (or Web browser) is configured for. But when you log in as a publisher, you see comments from all users in all languages.
